How World Displays And Show Real And True Leadership/ Eco Green Projects / Sustainable Fish Farming / Supermarkets Groceries Shopping ~ Orto Park Eco Farms, Singapore - 20th Feb 2020

As the virus cases started spreading across the World and in Singapore, all flights and travel operations across the World started to halt, came to a standstill, and thereafter the lockdowns or partial lockdowns/circuit breaker came in...

Everyone was not allowed for overseas travelling or go forth for Scuba diving trips. And suddenly, going Supermarkets became the top daily activities of Singaporeans, and also Eco farming and sustainable farmed practices produce/products became the trend setting food consumerism in Singapore.

And also that is when real, true, fake leadership or weakness, vulnerabilities, started to showcase, display and all politics, world balling and criticism started to kick in...

A Real and True Leader doesnt just enjoy life, fruits of his/her own labour, bask in limelight of his or her prominent status/position title/authority/riches/wealth, a Leader also has to be humble, do things of what others dislike to do, eg. Pick up rubbish on the beach, despite all the stench smell, take charge of the people health and welfare that one is in charge of, and not just consider for your own or family/ friends welfare only...

True and Real Leadership - It's never about the intrinsic rewards/ benefits, its about the people, is not about being in charge, its about taking care of those people being in yr care and charge.

Leadership is about people, it has nothing to do with any title. ... “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.” The world doesn't need the bosses, it needs leaders who understand their jobs — and the job of a leader is to grow more leaders.

In midst of busy work schedule, never forget to think of the environment. We have neglected the beaches or sea waters and being distracted by the Corona Virus Outbreak. Our sincere apologies for that.

Recently, we have not been active for our Eco Conservation travels and diving trips due to all unforeseen circumstances on hand. And we have to keep calm and carry on going for more travel and dive trips despite what happens..
Think if we want Singapore beaches to look, smell, feel like the beaches of Maldives with transparent, translucent waters so that one has the mood to dive in to see the sharks, stingrays or other marine life then we first have to do our multiple rounds of beach clean up, then plant corals at shallow depth of sea bed waters.

Do you know that there are many organic farms in Singapore? A few of them is at Kampung Kampus. On every Saturday, one can visit the Eco Organic farms to purchase fresh fruits and veggies here, also if ya like to play paintball, can organise one here too! - The Guiness World Records, Largest numbers of wildlife turtles are also stationed here for visitors from all walks of life to visit them...

Kevin and i came here to also check out some green investment projects that we might be keen to explore in near future.

Kevin and i came here to ORTO for an evening of peace, serenity and hipster dining. :)

Like the ambience here if we do not travel or go for scuba diving trips overseas..

There is also Go Kart and trampoline activities for kids of all ages to play.
