PADI Scuba Diving course lets you experience the basics of diving at the convenience of a local swimming pool but also offers you a nearby trip to Tioman Island Malaysia for Open Water dive course as well as an alternative.

PADI Scuba Diving course lets you experience the basics of diving at the convenience of a local swimming pool. 

During PADI Discover Scuba Diving adventure, you’ll master some of the basic concepts and scuba skills which would be helpful should you decide to pursue an experience in the open sea during your PADI Open Water Diver course.

What is required?

  • Minimum age – 10 years old

What is in this Course?

  • 1 Pool Session (3 hours)
  • Full equipment rental
  • Instructor/Divemaster fees (ratio – 6 students : 1 instructor)

What will you be learning?

This will be an introductory session into the world of scuba diving! The syllabus includes:

  • Equipment familiarization
  • Basic underwater skills
    • Equipment assembly
    • Regulator recovery
    • Alternate air source stationary
    • Mask removal & replacement
    • Fin pivot (neutral buoyancy)
    • Hovering
    • Underwater Exploration

Where it will be conducted?

Pool Session @ Training Pool or in the shallow depths of sandy beaches/sea should you be in island surrounding country.

How long does it take? 12 to 15 hours online theory and then practical exam.

Our PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience sessions are conducted on a weekly basis. Below is a schedule of how our sessions are organised.

Dive Trip Itinerary :

Day 1

6:30am – Depart Singapore Flyer Bus Terminal

11:30am – Board the ferry at Tanjung Gemok Jetty

1:30pm – Alight at Tekek Jetty, Tioman Island.

1:45pm – Pick up by land transfer pre-arranged.

2:00pm – Check in to accommodation

2:30pm – Dive Training

8:00pm – Dinner, Free and Easy

Day 2

7.30am – Breakfast

8:00am – Dive Training

12:00pm – Lunch

1:00pm – Dive Training

8:00pm – Dinner and Knowledge Quick Review

Day 3

7.30am – Breakfast

8:30am – Dive Training & Certified

12:00pm – Leave ScubaDo to Tekek Jetty

2:30pm – Board Ferry from Tekek to Tanjung Gemok

5:00pm – Depart back to Sg by coach

Cancellation policy :

All PADI Training Courses are to be completed within six (6) months from the enrolment date. Deferment or extension of validity period will not be granted for any PADI Training Course regardless of medical or personal reasons. No refund in full or in part will be given upon expiry of the validity period. Kindly refer Full Term & Conditions.

Insider Tips :

Subscribe your data roaming plan instead of buying local sim card as the 3G/4G services in the island is very limited.

What To Bring :

Bring your own swimsuit. Diving wetsuit will be provided upon rental.
