    RWS hiring potential good calibre talents to undertake the role of  Senior Manager/Manager, Resort Marketing (Marine Life Parks) :
 
    Job Duties And
Responsibilities :
  
  • Plan, develop and implement local marketing strategies for three attractions - S.E.A. Aquarium, Adventure Cove Waterpark and Dolphin Island 
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to achieve top-of-mind awareness, build brand affinity and drive visitation for the 4 attractions 
  • As the brand custodian, develop creative assets and ensure cohesive brand communications across all channelsWork closely with Business Units to achieve their business objectives - drive attendance to seasonal events, increase Annual Pass membership acquisition etc...
  • Provide marketing support to Business Units to meet their operational requirements eg. development of in-park collateral, monthly EDMs to Annual Pass members etc 
   Job Requirements :
 
  • Degree in marketing or related discipline with 7-10 years of experience
  • Experience in leading integrated marketing campaigns with proven track record for contributing and driving creative marketing solutions that meet business KPIs
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, able to deliver under pressure in a dynamic environment 
  • Strong interpersonal skills required to manage and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Team player, multi-tasker, open to challenges and resilient to change
 
    Resorts World Sentosa (RWS), Asia’s ultimate destination resort, is located on Singapore’s resort island of Sentosa. Spanning 49 hectares, the resort opened in January 2010 and welcomed over 45 million visitors in its first three years of opening. 

    RWS is home to two mega attractions - the region’s first-and-only Universal Studios theme park and the Marine Life Park, which comprises the S.E.A. Aquarium (one of the world’s largest aquariums) and the Adventure Cove Waterpark - as well as the       
    Maritime Experiential Museum.

   The Resorts World Convention Centre has a wide array of MICE-facilities that can accommodate 35,000 delegates at any one time. 

   Options include one of Asia’s largest column-less ballroom that seats 7,300 guests; 26 function rooms – most of which come with their own garden views – as well as some of Singapore’s most creative event venues within Universal Studios Singapore. 

   Resorts World Sentosa was named “Best Integrated Resort” in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 at the TTG Travel Awards which recognises the best of Asia-Pacific’s travel industry.
