Marine Bioblitz - Underwater Marine Survey Dive - 2nd November 2018

Marine Bioblitz is a citizen science initiative that allows citizens to contribute to baseline data of local marine biodiversity. It is an intensive underwater survey where participants will help to take photos of as many wildlife sightings as possible in the timespan of 1-2 hours, and after which identify and document the biodiversity that can be found in the area with the help of survey leaders (scientists /naturalists).

Resource kits with more details like packing lists, dive venue, meeting point, survey methods etc. will be provided closer to date.

Dive Site: Kusu Island (TBC)
Time: 9am-2pm (Please meet 15min before start time)

Minimum Requirements:
- At least Advanced Open Water Diver certified by reputable international training Organisations.
- At least 20 dives & above within the last 2 calendar years and at least 1 dive conducted in local waters.
