Witness some of the most concentrated and pristine soft corals.
Bligh Water is named after the famous Captain Bligh of HMS Bounty fame. The water movement between the two largest islands of Fiji makes for some of the most concentrated and pristine soft corals imaginable that start at the surface and continue well past diveable depths. The profusion of soft corals are seen in every colour of the rainbow, and when the current is in play - which is much of the time - the variety and numbers of anthias hovering is a photographer's Nirvana. Brilliantly tinted coral cods, manta rays, fusiliers, and lionfish are just a few of the other reef decorations.
(Ok enough with the stories, I'm itchin' for a dive)
