ALCOHOL must be consumed in a responsible manner. If the Skipper deems that any guests are behaving in a manner that compromises the safety of the guests and crew, or causes damage to the yacht due to excessive alcohol consumption, the yacht will immediately return to the dock and the charter will be curtailed.

Note:

• Rates quoted above are for charters of 20 pax. For charters of more than 20 guests, to a maximum of 32, a $350.00 Extra Crewman supplement is applicable.
   
• Charters taken on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, F1 Weekend and New Year’s Eve are subject to a 20% peak rate surcharge.
   
• Short Charters: Rates include fuel, skipper and crew, and use of all equipment on-board.
   
• A $300.00 F&B Surcharge is applicable for charters that opt to self-cater. These charges cover corkage, loading and unloading, stashing drinks and provisions, serving the food and beverages, cleaning and washing up and use of all our crockery, cutlery and glassware.

Cancellation and rescheduling:

Cancellation: More than 28 days prior to departure, full refund less 18% admin fee will be made. More than 14 days, less than 28 days, 50% of full payment will be refunded. Less than 14 days, full amount will be forfeited.

Re-Scheduling: 1 week notice prior to date of charter. Only one rescheduling allowed. $100 for rescheduling.
