Bintan is lined by a coast of 105 km, and is popular with visitors for its beach resorts and recreational activities like snorkeling, jet-skiing, wind surfing, canoeing, sailing and diving. Bintan’s dive sites are largely untouched, only gaining popularity in recent years. Bintan is great for basic scuba courses as the areas surrounding it are shallow. Due to its close proximity from Singapore, it is also a good place for a short dive getaway for divers who just want to get under the water. After diving, there is a plethora of other activities you can indulge in. You can relax at the beach resorts which Bintan is known for, participate in other sea sports, explore the rest of Bintan, get a massage, play paintball or golf. You are spoiled for choice!
