Australian fur-seal pups in decline for first time in three decades. Researchers fear that finding could be start of a sustained decline.
Seals and their pups are also at high risk threats due to various environmental factors. Encountering them during scuba diving trips is perhaps not that easy, only if you know where they usually frequent in waters in Australia... Going scuba diving with experienced tour, scuba diving operators and having the right connections is very important in Australia. :)
