Terms and Conditions : 

•  All charter rate includes :
  
  1) Exclusive usage of yacht for duration of charter period
  2) Professional services of Skipper and Crew
  3) Fuel for sailing within standard cruising route.
   
• Charter rate does not include :
  
  1) Food & Beverage
  2) Corkage Fee
  3) Rental of Equipments (Kayaks, BBQ Pits, Fishing Rods etc).
   
•  Cruising routes are Southern Islands (St John & Lazarus), Sentosa Island and Marina Barrage only. Other cruising destinations are up to captain’s discretion and respective fuel surcharges will apply.
   
•  Please note that no 3rd party catering are allowed except for food catered by ONE15 Marina Club.
   
•  We most welcome you for a viewing of the vessel proposed.
   
•  All bookings are made on first come first served basis, confirmed upon full payment with duly signed charter agreement and subjected to availability.
   
•  A booking for the vessel shall be made by submitting the charter agreement form duly signed by the charterer and by paying a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total charter fees.
   
•  The booking shall be confirmed upon the payment of the outstanding balance of the total charter fees and all monies payable under the charter agreement, which must be received in full at least twenty-one (21) working days before the start of the charter period (cut-off date). If the total charter fees and all monies payable under the charter agreement are not paid in full on or before the cut-off date.
   
•   Shall have the right to cancel the booking and to terminate the agreement without further notice to the charterer and without any liability to the charterer, whereupon the charterer shall forfeit the deposit.
   
•   No pets are allowed on board.
   
•   Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
   
•   ALCOHOL is allowed but must be consumed in a responsible manner. If the skipper deems that any guests are behaving in a manner that compromises the safety, or causes damage to the yacht due to excessive consumption of alcohol, the yacht will immediately return to the dock and the charter will be curtailed.
   
•   Our yachts operate a NO SMOKING policy.
   
•   All charters embark & disembark from One Degree 15 Marina Club, located at 11 Cove Drive, Sentosa Cove, Singapore 098497.
